To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orryda and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orryda and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of Orryda after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
